Warehouse Logistics Specialist
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate pick-up of pallets and shipments for all events and tradeshows, including timely follow-up with critical time-sensitive shipments. This involves working with internal colleagues and external vendors.
Maintain master spreadsheet of shipping logs that is used across multiple departments.
Assist warehouse colleagues in arranging and wrapping pallets.
Serve as a backup for order processing and inventory management.
Work with Events team to ensure proper supplies are sent for events.
Work with Inventory Coordinator to maintain correct inventory counts, including processing returns and reconciling discrepancies.
Other general office duties as assigned including, but not limited to order processing, supply ordering, and data collection, recording, and analysis
Customer service experience and logistics experience, basic computer skills, attention to detail, excellent written and spoken communication skills. College degree preferred, but not required.
