Customer Service Specialist - Book and Video Team

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist interacts with the customers via phone, mail, and email to ensure that the customer receives their physical product or digital resource in a timely manner. Special attention will be given to customer returns, verifications, and processing that information in our system.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Process orders for physical products and digital resources
- Process, monitor, and review customer returns, working with our third-party warehouse to confirm counts and corrections
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Answer general incoming phone calls
- Other general duties as assigned, including order processing, returns, data collection, and analysis
Minimum requirements:
Customer service experience, basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Zoom and Google docs), attention to detail, excellent written and spoken communication skills.
