POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the marketing department with project evaluation and scheduling, project maintenance, routing incoming requests for assistance from other departments, invoice routing and tracking, credit card expense coding, etc.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks such as insertion order tracking, and invoice routing, concur expense routing, among others
  • Support marketing team in organizing various projects
  • Assist in organizing and maintain storage and inventory of printed marketing collateral
  • Assist with shared marketing support email inbox response and hygiene
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

  • Knowledge of GSuite applications
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Experience working in marketing, project management, or administrative support
