An entry-level position, within the professional development department, responsible for data collection, report creation, and the execution of our video conferencing product. Top candidates for this position are detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven. Working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, the Reporting Specialist takes initiative to move tasks to completion. This person is adept at problem-solving, process management and has strong communication skills.

Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Success in this role requires good listening and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy are required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel is essential.
