Position Summary
The Marketing Operations Specialist (Catalog) supports the marketing department with project strategy, evaluation and scheduling, project maintenance, routing incoming requests for assistance from other departments, invoice routing and tracking, credit card expense coding, etc. This role will specifically lead comprehensive catalog development and processes for all catalogs annually across Solution Tree and Marzano Resources brands; assuring on time delivery and in line with budget expectations.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Lead Catalog Development and Management - Oversee the production of Solution Tree, Solution Tree Canada and Marzano Resources catalogs annually, ensuring each meets the company’s quality standards, branding guidelines, and business objectives.
- Project Leadership - Take the lead on the development of the Solution Tree Canada catalog and Solution Tree Comprehensive catalogs, managing all stages from concept to distribution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing and cross functional partners to gather input and ensure accurate product representation and branding consistency across all catalogs.
- Budget Management - Proactively, responsibly and accurately manage budgets related to catalog production, including printing and distribution costs, ensuring all activities are within financial guidelines.
- Vendor Relations - Coordinate with external vendors and printers to manage timelines, costs and ensure high-quality outcomes and management of targeted in-home mailing dates.
- Market Analysis - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform catalog strategies and improve customer engagement and response rates.
- Develop catalog schedule for organization adherence
- Digital Integration - Ensure the catalog content is effectively integrated with online content, including digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
- Performance Tracking - Monitor and report on the performance of each catalog campaign, using metrics to assess reach, effectiveness, and ROI, and adapting strategies as necessary.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks such as insertion order tracking, and invoice routing, concur expense routing, among others
- Support marketing team in organizing various projects
- Assist in organizing and maintain storage and inventory of printed marketing collateral
- Assist with shared marketing support email inbox response and hygiene
- Other duties and projects as assigned; e.g. event marketing packing

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Travel
Some travel is expected for quarterly department meetings and an annual company retreat.
Required Education and Experience
- 2 or more years working in administrative support or project coordination/management in a marketing or sales support function desired.
